Can "Paint" replace only certain colors by others? Like in the 90s windows app?

Sorry for reply so late.
You can change color by click the color well in the bottom of toolbox window.
Thanks for your question.

Is there any way to get Paint's splash screen to close when I open a document? I don't like leaving a useless window behind.

I'm sorry for that,I'll try to handle it in next version.

When you copy one image and paste it to paint, most of the time the size of the image is larger or smaller when it is pasted if its copied from the internet etc. The windows paint had tabs on each corner of the selected image once pasted so it was easily resized to the scale required. Is this a function i cant find or a function not available?

Hi, I am wondering how to select a part of an image after cutting and pasting it within the same image? In the MS version of Paint, you can copy and paste a section of an image and move it around. I can't seem to find a 'grabber" tool that lets me move parts of a pasted selection within the image. Is this possible?

When I use eraser and change the stroke, the cursor doesn't change. In that case, I cannot see the actual size of the eraser. Please fix that bug. Thx!

I have several questions. There is nothing under "Help" to go to for questions. How do you change the size of a shape? Or change the font size of something already typed. I'm not happy with this app at all.
